1. What Information Do We Collect?

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including:

• Account information: name, email address, password (hashed, never stored in plain text), country of residence
• Shipping addresses you provide
• Package information: tracking numbers, declared values, customs declarations, and content descriptions
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card number)
• Session data and cookies necessary to keep you logged in

We also automatically collect some information when you visit or use the Services, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and login timestamps. This information does not reveal your specific identity on its own and is used primarily to maintain the security of your account (for example, the login-alert emails we send when your account is accessed from a new device) and to operate the Services reliably.

Sensitive information. We do not process sensitive personal information (such as racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or health information).

2. Do We Use Cookies and Tracking Technologies?

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you logged in and to remember your cookie-consent choice. We do not currently use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics. 3. How Do We Process Your Information?

We process your personal information to:

• Provide and operate the package forwarding Services, including receiving, consolidating, and shipping your packages
• Prepare accurate customs declarations and shipping documentation required by carriers and destination-country customs authorities
• Process payments via Stripe and communicate transactional information (package arrivals, shipping confirmations, one-time login codes)
• Detect and prevent fraud and unauthorized account access
• Comply with US export regulations and destination-country customs requirements

4. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?

We share your information only as necessary to provide the Services, specifically with:

• Shipping carriers (such as USPS, DHL, FedEx, and UPS via our carrier platform), to deliver your packages and complete customs clearance
• Stripe, to process your payment securely — we do not receive or store your full card number
• Customs authorities in the destination country, as legally required for international shipments

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?

Our servers are located in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, and shared with shipping carriers and customs authorities in your destination country as described above.

6. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, including any applicable tax, accounting, or legal retention requirements. When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize it.

7. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

Our Services are not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18 years of age. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at legal@parcelgoose.com and we will take steps to delete it.

8. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw consent where we rely on it. You can exercise these rights, or close your account entirely, at any time by contacting us using the details below. Upon account closure, we will deactivate your account and delete your information from our active systems, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain records (for example, to prevent fraud or comply with legal obligations).

9. Do-Not-Track Signals

Because we do not use tracking or advertising cookies, there is no online tracking activity for a browser Do-Not-Track signal to opt out of. If that changes, we will update this section accordingly.
